Established in 1993, Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) is a dynamic organisation under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources. Governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001), PSMB was given the mandate by the Malaysian Government to catalyse the development of competent local workforce that will contribute to the nation’s vision of becoming a high-income economy

Azran Osman-Rani is currently the founder of Naluri Hidup, a digital health technology company providing a cost-effective, accessible digital solution to provide mental health and wellness support, and help users adopt healthier lifestyle behaviour changes. Osman-Rani is active in the internet technology space as a co-founder and investor to iflix, MoneyMatch, Cognifyx, and YellowPorter. He was previously CEO of iflix in Malaysia and its Group COO.

Munirah, the Founder/President & CEO of Brandt International, specialises in the areas of Business Transformation/CX Consulting and Business Process Managed Services by leveraging on digital workforce (AI, ML, DL & RPA). She is an experienced Facilitator, Human Performance Strategist, Customer Experience Management & Change Management practitioner for the past 30 years having conducted numerous trainings, coaching & mentoring and consulting assignments in Customer Experience and Organisation Development & Digitalisation assignments, both locally and overseas.

VACLAV KORANDA

Speaker Bio :
Vaclav Koranda, Vice President Human Resources and member of the Board of Directors at T-Systems Malaysia has held executive roles in Human Resources in several companies since 2002, namely in the ICT industry. For a significant part of his career, his role also included regional responsibility, mainly for the region of Central/Eastern Europe. Before joining T-Systems Malaysia, he was the VP HR at T-Systems Czech Republic. He also served as a member of the Sector Council for IT and Telecommunications in Czech Republic.

ASSOC. PROF. STEPHEN MCKENNA

Associate Professor Stephen McKenna has had an oscillating career in both business and academic sectors in Europe, North America and Asia.  He has researched internationally on mobile professionals for many years and his current areas of interest include international mobility of professionals; global human resource management and organisational development, comparative ethical human resource management; career transitions of elite athletes; management in the International Development sector and flexible working practices.

Dr. Thun is one of the foremost experts on dissecting complex management and business models and cascading them for easy implementation by companies across different industries. Abdulhussain Tejani, the Managing Director of People Matter DWC LLC is also a senior faculty member of HCI, covering the MENA, Africa and South Asia regions.  A former VP of GEMS Education as well as HR Director of Merck for the MENA region and eventually the Learning and Development Director at Merck for EEMEA. He is compassionate, empathetic and someone with a common touch, that led him to be recognised as he has received the Outstanding Leadership Award for Global HR Excellence from the World Human Resource Development Congress.

Heera Singh is a highly qualified trainer who holds a Masters in Management and Organisational Learning from Lancaster University, UK and a Masters in Human Resource Management and Training from Leicester University, UK. He also attended a Trainers course in the Artillery School, Fort Sill in Oklahoma, USA, culminating in a Diploma. Alan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at GoCar Malaysia, an on-demand car sharing platform with over 350 locations across 7 states in Malaysia. During his time as Go Car Chief Operations Officer, Alan paved the way for the company to be part of the alternative transportation ecosystem as a first-mile / last-mile solution by working with strategic partners and industry players to expand its location network in Klang Valley. Alan is a well-known speaker on personal growth, marketing, entrepreneurship, urban mobility, alternative transportation and team culture.

Joel Neoh is the founder of Fave, the leading Digital Merchant Platform in Southeast Asia with presence across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Having completed his studies in Monash University and Harvard Business School, Joel was one of the initial founders of the Groupon businesses in Asia and headed up Asia Pacific region for 4 years. He played an instrumental role in establishing the high-growth business model that propelled Groupon into a multi-billion dollar business, with thousands of employees spanning across 12 countries. Joel has received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
